Questions
How does the backlit lamp hang?+
It hangs flat on the wall from two screws or hooks behind the frame, so nothing shows from the front or the sides. The frame is 4 cm deep, which gives a soft glow around the edges. You can also lean it on a sideboard, a shelf or the floor, with no drilling at all.
How does the acrylic print (no light) hang?+
The print-only version has no aluminium frame. It is a UV print on high-transparency acrylic, held by two slim holders: one at the centre of the top edge, one at the centre of the bottom edge. They grip the edge of the acrylic, so there are no holes in the print and it floats slightly off the wall. You drill two holes and we send you the exact spacing.
What can I do with the cable?+
The backlit versions have one thin cable. Some ways to deal with it: run it straight down to a socket for a clean, graphic line. Cover it with a slim cable channel painted the colour of your wall, which makes it almost invisible. Have it recessed into the wall, which is the cleanest option for a new install or renovation. Or place the lamp above a sideboard or sofa so the cable disappears behind it. If you lean it on furniture, the cable just drops behind.
What is the print made of?+
The artwork is UV-printed on high-transparency acrylic. The colours stay deep and even, and on the backlit versions the light passes through it smoothly without hot spots.
What does the remote do on the colorful lamp?+
The colorful version has a full-colour LED panel behind the print. With the remote you can change the colour, switch scenes, dim it, or put it in breathing mode, where the light slowly swells and fades like a calm breath. The colour shifts the whole artwork, so the same piece can glow lavender, pink, red or warm white.
What does the early-bird price mean?+
The first 10 reservations get the early-bird price. After that, the lamp goes back to its regular price. Reserving is free and nothing is charged now. We contact you personally to confirm the details and timing, and you can cancel anytime before then.
